Brochure copywriting for a developer and house-builder

Grace Homes builds small-scale developments in the Northamptonshire vernacular style. A typical plot would be on a former farmyard in a conservation village. They bring derelict farm buildings back to life and reuse whatever they can recover from buildings that are beyond saving.

For several years I wrote many of their brochures. Before I started copywriting for each fresh project, I’d walk the lanes of the village and research its history. That’s the only way to capture the sense of place and community that encourages prospective buyers to feel like they belong.
